This issue has really sorted out the thinking folks from the koolaide
drinkers that's for sure. Frankly, I am surprised on how far they will
go to justify these silly things...

I believe he truly didn't know. After all, why should he listen to his
advisers when he knows EVERYTHING? And why would his advisers try to
advise when the advice falls on deaf ears?
