Nope. Just 90% in Afghanistan. Racism is about a race. It has nothing to do
with a cultures population. Most in Afghanistan don't know the concept of a
unified country (much like the U.S.) or care. You are not going to succeed

protect themselves, or have a government that will protect them, they

IF they were convinced and converted, the dedicated enemy will go elsewhere.
Their recruitment is powerful and successful. Then it can start all over
