Thread: I am fixing up a Saroca 15' and all the hardware for the boom and mast are rusted. Any ideas on how to get the best deal on hardware. I am also new to sailing and setting up a sailboat. Can anyone suggest a place to get information on hardware set-up

I bought a Saroca that didn't have any sail boom, or mast.
I did have a lot of windsurfing gear so I decided to put together a set up that included a 6.0 windsurfing sail, a boom that matches the boat.
It worked out so well, That I will probaly not try to find the mast or boom that actually goes with the boat and instead just my surplusw windsurfing gear.
