China which produce a hell of a lot of those products and

That last is pure pig ignorant fantasy. In fact we have actually
seen the exact opposite, nothing even remotely resembling
anything like collapse of biosystems. We can now feed everyone
in the entire world, something that wasnt possible just 50 years ago.

So who do you think THEY blame?

And then we go around wondering why they hate US so much.

Well that may only be because of your biased views on the subject.
For whatever reason those with the least resources do seem to
replicate more of the same much more frequently then those with the
ability to care for them do. Perhaps it is simply because they have
no other form of entertainment.
