I believe there was a test case of this a long time ago in San Diego? Some
homeless guy couldn't or wouldn't produce id. They arrested him, and I think
it was either thrown out or overturned.



There's no national law that requires carrying ID so you can walk down
the street "legally". JustHate is simply demonstrating his general
ignorance.
