with a conscience." doesn't make any sense anyway.

Sure it does.

"You present as a Christian with a conscience." makes
sense to you? Perhaps you may have left out an
important word that clarifies who you're talking about?
Maybe the word "yourself", if you were talking about Tim,
would have made it clear? Otherwise I could have just as
easily inserted the word "him" and it would sound like
Tim has previously presented Beck as a Christian with a
conscience, which, of course, would have been hysterical.
