I posted here about the FBI seizure of North River's factory and
computers for their investigation in April after NR's retail stores
were seized by Wells Fargo Bank due to flooring fraud, etc. This took
place just a short while after I bought my new North River in December
2008 from a factory store in Sacramento.

I understand that North River Boats owner Brian Brush, a former cop,
filed bankruptcy, got a divorce, faces criminal charges relating to
his business and now... allegedly shot and killed his ex-girlfriend on
a beach in Washington state in view of three cops and others. The
woman had a restraining order against Brush and stated that she feared
for her life. I believe this could be the Downward Spiral of the
Century!

In spite of all this chaos, I understand that North River is still

Wells Fargo is keeping the business open, trying to sell it as a functioning
business. Had to be a pretty intense argument to shoot her 3 times with a
shotgun in the middle of a car show with 60,000 people. And Dem or
Republican, neither has anything to do with the murder. Well unless you are
a slimeball PR person for the dems.
