If it was as you state, we in Califonia would be saving a lot of
billions in healthcare costs.
And all this time, I thought Mexicans crossed over for work. I never
stated anything to the effect, that those already here, didn't use our
medical facilities. OTH, Mexico does have a large medical tourism
sector. Many Americans routinely head south for dentistry, and elective
surgeries not covered my their health care.
