It was fun. What was the most fun was the shocked look on the
managers face when he said "I didn't want to embarrass you by
discussing this issue inside near other people.." and I replied "I
don't embarrass easily so let's go back inside and discuss it in front
of your customers". He freaked and said we could not go back inside.


Or, he just didn't want to make matters worse. He knew he was wrong, but he
was unskilled in dealing with an irate customer. Basically, you proved to
yourself you're superior? Sounds like a testosterone thing. I guess I just
don't get it.



What's funny is that Froggy didn't have the skills it takes to
satisfactorily resolve a minor problem.

He should have enlisted JustHate or Loogy...they would have threatened
to beat up the manager.
