I need a surveyor at surveyor St. Lucia. Both positive and negative
recos are valuable.

There are no marine facilities that I know of in St. Lucia, so I can't
imagine that you'd find a surveyor there. Does this have to be done in St.
Lucia? You'd have much better luck in Grenada or Trinidad.
