Scooter Libby was convicted of lying to congress over a forgotten date

She wasn't covert? That's contrary to legal documents that came out
since the investigation.

Tonight at 8 on FOX, Bill O'reilly will talk to the ACLU about their
exposing real covert agents to AlQueda in Gitmo. They have admitted this
on their website but of course congress has no intention of
investigating this wing of the DNC.

There is an investigation going on as we speak, but it is unlikely to go
anywhere. Not because Congress doesn't want to investigate, but because
it is unlikely that laws were broken. The Intelligence Identities
Protection Act makes it very clear "having or having had authorized
access to classified information that identifies a covert agent". It's
very doubtful the ACLU was given that authorization. Secondly, showing a
picture of an agent does not identify him/her.

If this is allowed to flow under the rug, it takes any credibility
Pelosi might have had, and blows it away like like congressmen
scattering from the tax man...

Pelosi had credibility with you? I doubt it. Still, I will admit the
investigation should continue to make sure laws weren't broken.
