Well, John. I'm glad to hear that I'm not one either! LOL!
So what's wrong with you. Harry likes you. That can't be a good thing.;-)
Well, I kind of live by a basic rule of "Poke not, and thou (usually)
shalt not be poked"
But I suppose I'll have to simply resign myself to the level of just
being a plain 'ol "Christian fundie" Which I wear the title with
honor.
?;^ )
Everyone is entitled to one major area in which they are in error.
Actually, my gripe is with fundies of any religion who try to shovel
their religious beliefs on our society. I don't give a damn what fundies
do in their churches or homes. I've never noticed you trying to sell
your religious beliefs here. Hell, I'm even up for a good religious
argument, except when a "believer" is trying to push religious beliefs
out onto society.

Harry, you're right, I don't push my religious beliefs on anyone
here., it leaves nothing but bad taste on all parties involved.
But like anything else in a free society. it's there for the taking
or the rejecting. Nobody is "shoveling" anything. Of course, being a
free thinker you would know that.
And being a believer in the Bill of Rights and the US Constitution,
I know you are aware of the term "Freedom of Religion" and would
defend peoples Constitutional rights under the law.
But then again, if you wish to believe religion (especially
Christianity) is being "shoveled" down your throat? then that is
you're prerogative, and if you believe it is, then to you.... it is!
And if that be the case, then no. I'm not here to hurt your feelings.
I'm here to watch for the occasional boating posts, have a bag of
popcorn while watching the slinging matches!
I have no argument whatsoever with your first three paragraphs.
I do with the fourth...I lived in an area for more than five years where
the fundies did their damnedest to shovel their beliefs onto the
population at larter.
