Title IX is not about money.... it is about discrimination based on
sex. Think about men's athletics vs. women's athletics, when you were
in school.... any difference in funding from the school?
Now, the hammer is that if the school receives Federal Assistance, the
school can't treat the girls that way.
I guess, if you want to create a school and pay your own way, you can
be as discriminatory as you wish....
