Toyota and Nissan sure liked that Clunker bill but GM and Chrysler are
still as lame and tied down by union mismanagement as ever. *Only govt
money keeps em afloat, stuffin the holes in the hull with dollar
bills.
Dims ask, "where's the Repub plan", Answer, refer to 2005 when the
Repubs warned about the coming problem with bad mortgages and Barney
Frank said that Fannie Mae was sound so as to protect his lover who
was an exec there. *We cannot forget all the money Fannie Mae and
Fredie Mac gave to Bozoma for his campaign, more than any other pol.
Dims, this iz yur depression, you caused it and now yur gonna pay.
Bozoma knowing he has totally screwed the economy decides to distract
everybody by trying to take over health care and run it into the
ground like he's done to Wall St. *He's gonna run it like the Post
Office. *Will we have nurses "going Obama" like we have Postal workers
"going postal"?
So, you really think Bozoma can run healthcare well, if'n you do, I
got a great deal on a Florida condo for you.
I'm sure you may not realize this, or at least you can spin it somehow
blaming the liberals, but Bush's regime was the pork presidency.

OK, I'll lay off the politics for now.
Right now am repairing the leak on the camper. *It leaks around the
ceiling vent because some of the screws missed the wood entirely. *Fix
involves epoxying an extra piece of wood so the screws have something
to grab.
Next project is to fix the lights on my Tolman Skiff trailer. *I
thought I was good at DC electronics...NOT, although its sorta hard to
do anything when its dark out and you are sweating so much you cannot
see.
Next project is to put the new bimini on the sailboat, this should be
easy (yeah, I've said that before).
Then, sailboat has to be sailed from Shell Point, Fl to Carabelle to
be hauled to have her prop strut replaced. *Although only 36 miles,
constant thunderstorms make it dicey (call me a wimp, I am afraid of
them).
Then I gotta put a new kicker mount on the Tolman.
Maybe someday, I'll get around to fixin the second MiniCup sailboat
and making a new sail for her.
Did I ever mention the cabin in WY that needs to be rebuilt..........

Have you posted any pics of the camper yet? I'd like to see it!

Not yet, let me get it back on the truck and then I'll take some
pics. From a distance, it looks good. Up close, you begin to see it
is an amateur effort. The siding that I bought from an RV supplier
looks good on the sides but on the front I had trouble bending it over
the curve. Buying the windows and doors on line worked well and they
look good. I still have not entirely figured out the jacks. There is
also a lot of wasted space between the camper sides and areas in front
and behind the truck bed wheel wells. I intend to put in some round
boat type screw in ports to access those to access those areas but
have not ordered them yet. I'd guess that total cost was maybe $3000.
