Why strive to be mediocre? The WHO ranks Canada's health care system at
#30, just a few places ahead of us, at #37. Shouldn't we be aiming
higher? Perhaps, we should try to knock France out of the #1 spot.

W.H.O.? Might as well have La Raza in charge of the figures on illegal
aliens... Or maybe Al Gore in charge of deciding who pays and who
receives green credits money...
