If you are going to post political crap in a boating newsgroup, at
least try to do a little fact checking.... and spell checking wouldn't
hurt either...
You should go read the bill. There is a lot more there than simple
'end of life counselling'. The word used in the act is 'shall', which
means 'is hereby ordered to'. The word 'may' wasn't used in the bill.
