Around here they don't bother unless you are over 10 miles over the
limit. It's an unwritten agreement.. The news has even reported on it.
Start getting above that, they will pull you over, but sometimes not
depending on circumstances... I generally drive pretty passively but
sometimes take off a bit. Now, try running your boat a mile over the
limit, on the CT River and then you will see strict, just ask Wayne
grin... I think it was Wayne.
