One can get up very close to Hoover Dam by water. I'm going to have to go
make a run up there and see this project from 700-1,000 feet below. They
probably have it restricted, but one should still be able to get close
enough. Wonder what the restrictions will be when the bridge opens.

I have fished a lot on this stretch of the river. Scuba dived, too. But
not much since stripers overflowed Lake Mead and went into that ecosystem
wiping out the trout.

Wonder who will go into the record books doing the first swan dive off of
it.

Which side of the dam is that on? I was there years ago, but it looks
like it's on the down stream side of the dam.

Surprised me that it was connnected. We were there ls Thanksgiving and was
a lot to go. It is a couple years behind schedule as the extremely high
winds a few years ago blew down the cranes. They had to design and build
bigger ones. Is a short distance down river.
