Now, there's a "stupidity" statement if I ever heard one. Nobody ever said
there is no racist profiling of blacks. The question was did it occur in
this particular incident. Seems the facts say no.

Police reports?

About the last thing anyone should believe is a report police prepare
commenting on the behavior of their fellow officers. It's not until they
are caught with their hands in the cookie jar that the higher ups in
police departments take any action, usually. There have been a few
exceptions, but...there's no shortage of corruption in many police
departments, and that corruption includes financial shenanigans,
doctoring evidence, withholding evidence, colluding with prosecutors,
brutality, framing innocent people, et cetera. Think otherwise? Just
look up "police corruption." The number of cases is endless.

When the police report on their own conduct, be very very skeptical.
