I love what some refer to as soul food. Like I've stated, my neighbor is
old school black south Ga. He and I get together on weekends and cook.

My ma is from the Ozarks, so I've plenty of greens and hominy,
and plenty of fried chicken. Only like turnip greens.
Chitlins is way too exotic. Same with head cheese.
