There are certainly some, no question about it, and perhaps for them
it is the right choice. We have run into hundreds, perhaps thousands
of people, over the last five years who are doing extended cruising
(months at a time). The vast majority are in boats over 35 feet,
usually closer to 40, frequently over 40.
