Default Eclipse

Raw yellowtail is great! I suspect that stingray tastes similar to
skate which is punched out of the wing and called Bay Scallops.
Not familiar with salt water catfish. Does it go by any other name?

Sailed over to Dog Island from Carrabelle Sat night and watched the
eclipse. Even halfway to totality, there were not many stars visible
due to being washed out by the moonlight. However, at totality, my 7
yr old daughter exclaimed "I have never seen so many stars" Milky way
was very clear and it was a pretty night. Moon got so dark as to be
nearly invisible.
Unfortunately, my son discovered that my mast step has continued to
have problems so I will not be sailing for a couple weeks till I solve
it.
I have further impetus to solve the dinghy problem as I had to row
about 100 yards to the island with my son, back tot eh boat against
the wind to get my wife and daughter and then back. Not exhausting,
but streneous for me. Then hoisting the hard dinghy up onto deck even
with the jib halyard is hard. I talked to another guy with a 30' boat
who had an inflatable who was unhappy with it though.
Got back to our dock and let my 7 yr old fish and she prompty caught a
14" yellowtail which I couldnt throw back she was so excited. So, I
have to pretend to be able to cook fish tonight.
About fishing, I have never eaten salt water catfish but the poor ppl
who fish from the dock here gladly accept them so i assume they are
cooking them. Anybody have experience with this? Not even my brother
in law who has eaten stingray has ever eaten salt water catfish.
