Default Thanks to somebody

Last year complained about a problem I have with dehydration in the
heat and how I drink huge amounts of water for this. Somebody suggested
drinking gatoraide to replenish electrolytes, this is obvious but it
simply never occurred to me but I did try it. It is really surprising
how much this helps. Within a few minutes of drinking it (compared to
straight water), I feel much better. So, I thank whoever suggested it.

If you get leg cramps (Charley Horses). Drink Tonic Water with Quinine.
Not with mixers, it is an acquired taste. I drink it warm, most probably
wouldn't but it's ok chilled too. Once you get used to the bitter taste.

Open the bottle really slow and easy when it's warm or you'll wear most of
it.
