A lot of people weren't impressed with it.
"Israeli settler: Obama speech is naive"
"OFRA, West Bank (AP) - An Israeli settler spokeswoman has dismissed
President Barack Obama's speech in Cairo as naive and out of touch
with reality.
In his speech, Obama called on Israel to halt all construction in West
Bank settlements as a step toward reaching peace with the
Palestinians.
Aliza Herbst, a resident of the Ofra settlement, says that modern
history has shown that the Muslim world is at war with the West. She
says Obama's vision of peace sounds nice but isn't realistic.
Obama's address also called for the establishment of an independent
Palestinian state alongside Israel - a position Israeli Prime Minister
Benjamin Netanyahu has refused to support.
The Israeli government had no immediate comment on the speech."
Maybe that's why no one would shake his hand.
I was referring to his enunciation and delivery. He didn't let the
teleprompters screw him up, although he could have spoken more slowly
so the translators could keep up.
As for content, that's a different story. We'll see if the whole world
falls to it's knees in honor of the arrogant messiah.
Everyone thumbed their noses at him on his recent world tour. Now
they won't even shake his hand. I think the answer is evident.
