All wild animals tend to carry diseases. Never heard much about rabid
squirrels around these parts it is skunks and racoons that are known
for rabies. I beat a probably rabid coon to death with a golf club ten
feet from where I sit. If it was something else, whatever. It
obviously needed be put down. We have walnut trees, and oaks, so we
have squirrels. Squirrels are so dumb dogs can catch them. Someone
called them rats with a better tailor.
