To each his own. I've had a lot of fun at both bbq cookoffs, and beer
judgings. Usually the cookoffs are overnight camping affairs. The
night before, while everyone is prepping is a blast. Usually music
(blues is kind of standard) the beer is flowing, friends and laughter.
Can't ask for anything more than that, in my opinion.

Sounds good to me. *Just never got into it. *I kept your beer brew
link though, and still might try that.
You still brewing?

Yes, I am! It's a great hobby. There's always something to learn, and
part of it is, when you get into it, is building your own contraptions
to make it easier! Start out with extract brewing to get your
sanitation and other techniques down before you go all grain! Need any
help, advice, etc. let me know, I'd be glad to help.

I looked at the beer-making instructions. *Lots to do.
Can you just send me a case of your beer?
If you too much a prick to do that, what do you think about this?http://www.homebrewers.com/product/1..._source=GBASE&....
And these kits?http://www.homebrewers.com/category/...s..beerkits_1/

I see that once I get both of these kits I'll be flush with 100 bottle
caps, but no bottles.
Do these caps fit standard pry-off beer bottles?
What do you recommend?
One other thing. *Do you know what beer kit is closest to
Hacker-Pschorr weiss? *These are pretty pricey kits.
I don't like hoppy beer, but it looks like hop levels are pretty well
described.
I might google some stuff up, but you can probably keep me going on
this. *You have enthusiasm!
