Now you mentioned going around Atlanta? I wasn't familiar with that

Doesn't take long in Atlanta to realize that all Innies think all
Outies are uncivilized heathens living in the wilderness. It's a
question I've been asked when meeting people there, Not "What's your
name?" or "Are you married?", but *"Are you ITP?" lol!

I'm AFAFAAP - as far away from Atlanta as possible. Crappy town, one of
the worst for a large city in the country, and when you fly over it on a
clear day at a low altitude, you can see some of the reasons why.
What do you see that turns you off of Atlanta, Harry. I've flown into
and drove though Atlanta many times and the town didn't bother me.
What'd you see?
On my first visit to Atlanta, I attended a union convention. During a
half day off, I wandered out to the surrounding area with a bunch of
union buddies, most of whom were black. We stopped at a small store near
an historical site and while looking at the merchandise, I saw a
recruiting poster for the KKK. I thought it was a reprint of a poster
from long ago and far away, but no, it was for a meeting two weeks in
the future. My comrades were horrified and so was I.
You ****ing liar! What an idiot. Do you really expect people to
believe your bull****? Go to Sharpsburg, MD, near you. KKK
headquarters of the world, dumbass.
Second, it is hot as hades there. Third, the traffic sucks. Fourth, the
downtown area (you know, the area with big buildings) seems to be
concentated along one street.
Bull****! You've apparently never ever been there. Traffic in DC is
worse. and I like the weather!
Boring. Fifth, there seems to be little
zoning enforcement, with a strange mix of businesses, factories,
warehouse, and housing adjacent to each other.
Idiotic, and wrong. Some of the most enforced zoning laws in the
country.
Sixth, it is hours away
from the coast.
Yeah, it's horrible. I can be at the beach in 4 hours, in the high
mountains in 2, two big lakes in 30 minutes. and lots of small bass
fishing lakes in a few minutes.
Seventh, the "feeling" I get there is of a city trying
much too hard to show that it really is a major metropolis when all it
is is an overgrown southern town. There's more...but why bother...I'm
sure Loogy will go rip**** over this little list.
Let's see, one of the fastest growing, the largest city in the south,
the most progressive, arts, entertainment, museums, etc. You've never
spent any time here to come to those conclusions, You're just a bigot.
I've lived in many, many places in the U.S. and after coming here, I
will never leave.
It isn't my disike for "da Souf" reving up. I do like some Southern
cities, larger and smaller. To me, though, Atlanta has no character.
It's a hodge-podge.- Hide quoted text -

That's because you know nothing about it. No character? Atlanta has
just about as much history as any city!
