No, I have been asking you a simple question, you seem to be the one
sniffing very strongly behind me. Would it be better if I did
nothing but hurl 5th grade expletives towards anyone I disagree with,

You don't understand the concept. You add nothing to the dialogue.

You don't field arguments about anything. Vapid, void, empty. You

I think you need to go back and read this thread, you have become
totally confused or are having a serous senior moment. You are the
person who was the Netcop, chastising someone for discussing a subject
you thought was inappropriate for the newsgroup. I just repeated your
statement back to you, to highlight how foolish it was, because that is
Harry's MO on 99% of his post, and your MO on over 50% of your post.

Now if you think you are actually having a dialogue, you are completely
delusional. Throwing out a long line of expletives, with an occasional
high 5 to Harry is not the definition of a dialogue. Using your
definition of "butt sniffing" what you are doing is butt sniffing most
of the other dogs in rec.boats. I don't think many would consider your
posts anything but vapid, void and empty outburst, similar to what one
might see from a downtown street corner preacher or psychotic.

It is possible that you don't understand the definition of dialogue, so
here is the definition of dialogue as it relates to this discussion: "an
exchange of ideas or opinions on a particular issue, esp. a political or
religious issue, with a view to reaching an amicable agreement or
settlement." With the exception of few individuals, there are very
few dialogues in rec.boats. Mostly we have insults and name calling
and chest pounding.

Now I have tried to have a dialogue with you in this thread, but you
seem to intent to divert the dialogue back to what you are comfortable
with, a series of insults.
