By that I mean manual opener, with geared cutter and tooth driver.
I don't think the inventor got due credit for that.

Have you seen that springy little strip that attaches to your nose and
keeps the sides from collapsing while you sleep?
Supposed to prevent snoring and ease breathing for those whose
nose sides collapse while they sleep.
I've seen the ads on TV and it looks to be a success.
Reminds me somehow about "The Jerk" and the eye-glasse handles.
But this one is no joke.
I'd like to invent something.
Where do you get your ideas?
