Meanwhile, our loser Governor, Deval Patrick, is being mentioned as a
possible appointee. For me, this will be a true test of Obama's

I don't think he will get the nod. He's certainly not the sort of lawyer,
left or right, I would choose. He's kind of, well, dull.
