I'd do it myself if I wasn't King Midas (the painter) in reverse.


Don't know about cost but prevention is the thing. Several boats where
I'm at have gone to the thrift store and bought used sweat pants. Cut
the legs off and slide the leg down over the bumper. The ankle part
prevents them from falling off.
