They are extremely jealous of guys like us who actually live life.
Today is a big day for me. First The Mouse and I are going to go to
the practice track for a few hours. A bunch of her friends are going
today as most are on vacation this week. Later we are taking dad to a
huge "scooter" superstore to find him one of those cool electric
scooters so it can be ready when he gets out of rehab next week (he
had a short stay in the hospital a few weeks back but he is gonna' be
ok). Tomorrow is another coaching day and Sunday is racing at Carver
The Mouse is getting her MoJo back after the crash late last season
and the bikes are running great.. You know, those "off brand" mutt
bikes (Kawasaki). Oh,and the wife is having a blast with the middle
kid, they are going up to the barn for a day of riding on the "one
horse power" machines... *Oh, and the pony tail? Wanted to cut it a
few years ago but the wife loves it just the way it is and of course
she always gets her way *Either way, when I get home tonight I will
stop in on my way to the "Bar and Grille" (shhhhhh) and see what the
kids are doing on this beautiful afternoon. I am sure they will be
here trying to see who can be the most unclever and dishonest

It's going to be 85 today, tomorrow, and Sunday. Saturday I'll be on
the bottom deck all day, smoking a pork butt, watching the Nationwide
race (Talledaga, baby!) and finishing cleaning up the pool after our
recent storms. Sunday, nothing but racing!
