That is really true. Most aryans, skin heads and KKK members come from
the midwest not the deep south.
The only KKK rally I ever saw was east of Accokeek Maryland on Floral
Park Rd. The only reason I knew it was there was the cops were
directing us around it

Wow...I've been to Accokeek...but only for an "open house" at the
Beretta facility there. There's hardly anything there...a few small
subdivisions, and if you follow the road down to the Potomac, a military
base.

First time I went to Atlanta on business, maybe 1980, I saw a Klan
recruiting poster in a general store near a park. I thought it was an
antique poster or a reproduction. It wasn't.

I'm not much of a fan of the "south," though I really love southern
Louisiana, some parts of Florida, the Golden Isles on the Georgia coast,
and a couple of coastal cities in South Carolina.

I did marry a Southern belle, though. :)
