BE CAREFUL!!!

ONLY hire a surveyor that has been recommended by a known, reputable
source! There are LOTS of bad surveyors out there, including many who
are in cahoots with unethical or clueless brokers.

Thanks for the advice, but I'm still going to need a surveyor and I don't
have anyone that can recommend one in the area. Do you have any
recommendations for me, either the name of a surveyor, or how to find one
in the area?
