Add to that the high school drop out rate, the unwed mother rate, the
high murder rate, and on and on. Then ask what the Democrats have done
for these folks in the past few generations. You folks have one goal -
keep them uneducated and clueless, so they'll think that new TV set is
worth a vote.

All they need is some more money to "educate" the children of DC. What
are they spending per pupil per year these days, $17,000 or $18,000.
