Yeah, but it does produce jobs. Building and maintaining infrastructure
is a fundamental role of government, and one that we have been ignoring
of late. A lot of this stimulus package are projects the government
should be doing anyway.
Where has all of the money gone that was collected in the form of taxes
that was to pay for the upkeep of the existing infrastructure? All of my
gasoline taxes did they get co-mingled in the general fund of the
federal government and the state governments?

Why do I have to pay three, four and five times for the same thing?
Legislators, bureaucrats and judges should be in jail.

Don't worry, your money won't be going to infrastructure, less than 5%
of the bill is. Like John said, your money is going to the campaigns
of the dems and to their supporters. Everyone else be dammed...
