So you are going to remove the old floor? Do you have the boat on a
bunk trailer, or rollers? I ask because the floor adds some rigidity
to your hull. A bunk trailer is better overall support. You might
want to hold some extra boats against the bottom with jack stands.
Not sure what the specs are on the bodyshop glue is but I'd strongly
recommend epoxy. www.uscomposites.com You can mix with various
fillers as well.
