Looks to me as if that dog has been badly mistreated by its masters. Not
surprising that two schitts like you think it humorous.
Actually, it's a recessive trait in some mix breed dogs and has to do
with peripherial vision. Oddly, while it seems overly aggressive, it
isn't - most dogs who exhibit this trait are just good ole' 'Merican
dogs - you just have to be careful around them when approaching from
the back or hind quarter area.
