Transom and the stringers look good. I think I am beyond the "crazy"
part. The radio is a eclipse cd4000 and It was removed from an old pickup.
The wiring in the boat now isn't right. I was able to find a install pdf
from eclipse.

Before you go crazy I suggest you drill some test holes in the
stringers and transom. If the rot is everywhere then you might
consider patching over your hole and just running it into the ground.
In most cases the work of repairing significant rot is much greater
than the value of the boat. Unless you have a lot of time and do not
include your own labor in the estimated cost.

The radio will come with a wiring diagram.

A lot of us are beyond the carzy part, yukyuk. Well, let's see some
pictures then :-)
