That is mind numbing to try to read. Even with the 900 pages, it still
doesn't really say what it is doing. There are pages of things like
"strike line 2 and add blah blah" to some other US code section that
you have to look up to see what the hell they are talking about.
The titles are pretty ambiguous. I can see why people say this is such
a cluster****.

Yup. Very few people who support the stimulus bill know or understand what
it is.
Scary when you think about committing a trillion (with a "T") dollars, and
probably
more when it is all said and done.

But hey, it's just money.
