My family complains the sailboat interior smells of mold although all

The last sailboat i crewed on had an unpleasant odour down below...I now
believe it may have *been* the *hose* that carries the waste from the head
to the
*thru-hull*.
I've heard someone (maybe Peggy H) recommend taking a clean cloth and
wiping
the hose exterior. Put it to your nose...... if it smells like Dingy Dan
replace before the season starts.

What's a "tru-hull"?

Quite frankly, I cannot smell the mold myself. So, I plan to make a
very visible effort to eliminate the invisible mold. If it works, my
family goes sailing more with me. If it does NOT work, I win too
because I like sailing alone..
