Yeah...become more conservative. That's the ticket...to oblivion.

Time will tell. Obama is a new, fresh face to the world and can offer
new
approaches to problem solving. If he succeeds, he's a hero and we owe
him
a world of thanks. However:

Another major terrorist attack on the US will bring some hard core
conservative thinking back in the picture (and in office) very quickly.

I'm sure there are some who are trying to arrange just that for just
that purpose.

I am sorry. I just don't buy into that sort of stuff. Not enough tin hats
to go around.

Did you see Charlie Wilson's war?
Read about it. Has it come out yet?

Tom Hanks produced and lead role. Brilliant and true. Both Charlie
Wilson and the rich Texas-based socialite gave it high marks for
accuracy.

Fascinating insight into how, sometimes, things get done.

Great flick. Loved charlie's assistants and julia roberts, too.

I loved the interviews with the real Charlie and texas socialite. Read
a bunch of material on both after seeing the film. Mike Nichols, Tom
Hanks - that's a hell of a team.

Almost forgot, written for film by Aaron Sorkin. Didn't know it
untill the credits but made total sense. Loved the dialogue.
