Funny story on NBC - Williams just interviewed one of the passengers
who was on his way to a golf vacation in FL. He just purchased a new
set of clubs - expensive Conways or something and he was more ****ed
about losing his new clubs than spending the afternoon on a wing in
the middle of the Hudson. :)


It's funny. As I sit here watching the news coverage, the thought
occurred to me that the response team, from ferries to police to USCG
was just outstanding. They all responded in an amazingly short period
of time. Plus, I can't even imagine the quick thinking of the pilot. He
didn't have much time to make any decisions.

their "stuff" out of the overhead compartments.
