Frankly, I'm glad they're starting to charge more user fees for this stuff.
It's about time we quit soaking non-boating taxpayers for something only a
few people actually use. If you use it, you should pay. Non-boaters have
no business having their taxes spent on something they don't, won't, or
can't use.
