Look at the bottom of the left hand column that describes features.

Click on that button that sez download...it'll go to another download
screen. Click on the "download now" button for the freebie.

Ah! I found the right one. Actually I initially did exactly as you
described, but when I clicked on the "download now" freebie button, it
downloaded a file called "index.php". In fact, I just did it again and it
tried to load the .php file again. But, then I clicked on the
"Installation Files" tab on the page and found the .exe download. Got it
and will install it in a bit.
