Default Snow (pictures)

Just came in from doing the driveway. Got a little over a foot this
time. Wind is just blowing it all back to where I've plowed, so I quit.

The pictures you see of our driveway are a bit deceiving. There is quite
a steep hill coming up from the horse barn to the house. If it's not
plowed, the snow packs down into ice and it becomes very slippery.

Here's the driveway section I was referring to:

When that freezes, it's slide-on-your-ass-down-to-the-barn-time. Also,
notice that I even plowed Mrs.E's horse riding track in the paddock. The
little Gator does pretty good for having a little 20 hp engine. It was
pushing snow about 16 inches deep:

This morning was the first time in 7 years that the tractor (diesel)
wouldn't start. It was 5 degrees and it just couldn't turn over fast
enough to fire. Needs a new battery.
