What snow? It's sunny, 65F and beautiful out where I am.
Wonderful weather.
We just did the snow thing. Took the grand kids skiing for Christmas
at 7 Springs Pa.
Perfect snow conditions. No snow anywhere but the manmade stuff on the
hill.
My grand kids doing great the first time in the snow.

And one old fart with snow in his hat.

You have that "old school" skier look.
My wife says I haven't bought any new clothes since the Carter
administration (that is certainly true of winter clothes) but Nixon
was still in the White House the last time I was on skis.
I was surprised how quickly it comes back. I was ready for anything
Pennsylvania could throw at me by the end of the first day. I would
still be on the green slopes out west tho. Those boys are crazy.
I'm quite proud of the fact that I've never, ever been on snow skies.
Looks way to dangerous to me.- Hide quoted text -

Errrr.. how fast did you say that 'vette goes?
All thing are relative. :)
'Scuse me for butting in. Tom, I picked up eight Hess trucks yesterday new
and in boxes for $240. They are the 94 - 99, 01, and 03. Now I'm trying to
make a deal on the ones missing through 07,. The 08 was a big hit with a
grandkid who tells his mom not to play with it too long or she'll wear the
batteries out.
You let them play with them?
NNNNOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!
Yup. And even throw the boxes away. They are, without doubt, their favorite
toys, and the damn things are built to take it. The parts that would
normally break off are made to snap off and be replaced. So far, I'm very
impressed with the things.
