(considering what hasn't changed here in this NG)

There's just way too many people in the world today.
We have to come up with a way to 'thin the herd' over the next few
generations or we'll all be over run.

I say we start with Canada...

Our leaders say were just the opposite.
We need at least 250k immigrants each year to maintain services for an aging
population.

I disagree with almost everybody here, the problem will NOT be
overpopulation but will be underpopulation. Every western nation
expects to have a population crisis within 50 years due to NOT ENOUGH
people. Japan is in such bad shape that thye are having to develop
robots to take care of old people. The solution is to bring the
entire world up to our standard of living so we have that many more
minds to help solve the minor local problems population causes while
also making everything better. We truly are better oiff with all
those ppl in India working on high tech stuff instead of subsistence
farming. People with good braisn should be doing stuff that uses
their brains, not subsistence farming.
We need more people in the USA to have kids. We need smart people to
have more smart kids. I wish I had had more than 3 but am too old
now.
Dont be foolhardy pessimists, be techno-optimists, otherwise we will
all starve.
