Not my field of expertise ;-), but it might be doable. Without using
water, the volume is considerably less. Everything is centrally
located. There are high volume composting systems, but retrofitting
could be a bitch.

You have to question how it is done now. Hopefully, the water treatment
is better than is was 20 years ago when you could see hundreds of Coney
Island Whitefish floating in the NY harbor.
