The engine is fogged!
Yippee!
Removing the propeller allowed enough room to put one of the big
Rubbermaids containers below the lower unit. The container was high enough
so that when filled with water, the intakes were covered. Cranking the
engine and leaving it at idle didn't get water through the pee hole, but
when I revved it up to about 1400rpm the water flowed quite nicely.
So, I was able to let the engine run long enough to get the stabilized fuel
in the system. And, I was able to run it at fast idle to get the fogging
oil into the cylinders.
So, all is well. Thanks to those of you who offered advice and tips!
